Litigation Support Specialist

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, a dynamic 250+ attorney Denver based law firm, seeks a hands-on litigation support/electronic discovery professional to provide support of litigation technology. This position requires an in-depth understanding of the litigation lifecycle, litigation technology, and electronic discovery.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, be a team player, be organized and flexible, be able to work in a fast-moving and challenging environment, be able to manage time efficiently and think critically and proactively with minimal supervision.

Duties include but are not limited to:

-Technical database management: creating document productions, loading documents for review, executing analytics and assisted review
– Substantive database management: creating document review work flows, searching and culling documents

-Training and ongoing support of attorneys and staff on a wide variety of litigation support tools

-Communicating and collaborating with internal case teams, vendors/service providers, and litigation support staff

-Staying up-to-date on litigation support and e-discovery software

We seek a candidate willing to make a significant contribution to the overall development of our
growing law firm, which includes providing after-hours (nights and/or weekends) support and having the ability to travel as necessary. A Bachelor’s degree is required along with 2 years of prior litigation support experience and expertise with electronic discovery software. Relativity administrator experience highly preferred.
