Deanna Blomquist the Sr. Manager of IT-eDiscovery for DISH.  She provides strategic leadership and direction for the delivery of technology and professional services in support of DISH’s eDiscovery and Information Governance program.  She has been in the eDiscovery and Litigation Support industry for eleven years, having served as a Director for the delivery of litigation support services for three AmLaw 75 law firms prior to her role at DISH.

 

Director of Education – Kathleen Wener, CEDS

Kathleen is a founding member of COALSP, and is currently serving her ninth term as a COALSP Board member.  Kathleen is a non-lawyer legal and technical professional with years of litigation support / eDiscovery / litigation paralegal experience.  Kathleen’s background includes litigation and eDiscovery software support (end-user, trainer and administrator), extensive knowledge of litigation and ESI best practices, electronic discovery (processing / reviews / productions), and litigation workflow management as it relates to the entire EDRM lifecycle – collection through presentation.  Kathleen has worked for law firms in Honolulu, Hawaii and Denver, Colorado.

Matthew is an expert with over 15 years of experience in e-discovery within the legal industry, focusing on cases involving sizeable and complex data sets.  He is currently the Litigation Support Supervisor for the office of the Colorado Attorney General.  Previously, he held positions as Litigation Support Project Manager and Litigation Support Analyst/IT Paralegal at Hogan Lovells, US LLP and Socha Perczak Setter & Anderson, respectively.  Matthew applies application development, data processing and validation management, and workflow analysis to identify concerns, evaluate data, and prepare a comprehensive final product.  To keep attorneys up-to-date with e-discovery federal and state requirements, Matthew provides continual training.

 

Director of Membership – Amanda Billing​

Amanda Billing serves as the Executive Assistant for the Vice President of University Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Regents.  Amanda has been with the University since May 2016, beginning as a legal assistant on the CU Boulder campus. Prior to joining the Office of University Counsel at CU Boulder, Amanda worked as a consumer protection law paralegal and litigation paralegal at a law firm in Maine for five years, specializing in consumer bankruptcy proceedings and foreclosure defense litigation. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with an emphasis on Labor Studies and Economics from The University of Southern Maine and an Associates of Arts Degree in Legal Studies from Kaplan University. Amanda is a Fellow of the New Leaders Council, Maine Chapter.

Bob is a Senior Paralegal for Perkins Coie, LLP where he provides litigation support, including trial presentation, eDiscovery and case management for a wide variety of commercial and complex litigation matters. He has over 25 years’ experience in the legal industry.

Treasurer – Cameron Monaco

Cameron has served on the Board for COALSP since August of 2011. Cameron has served as a Litigation Support and E-Discovery Coordinator. With 10 years in the legal industry Cameron has experience in everything from loading, configuring, and maintaining of review databases to Case Management. As a Colorado native and Alumni of Arvada high school Cameron enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.
